  4. Find and select matches

    Qualified professionals will match with your role. Once accepted, they are confirmed for your shift.

  5. Rate the pro

    Our geofence tracking approves hours for you. After the shift, you can rate and tip pros in MiDash.

Managed Accounts

  • A Managed Account enables you to post for Payroll (P) jobs and hire PayrollMi Professionals. By choosing Managed Services by AmbiMi, you agree to abide by your contract with Impactemps Services Inc. AmbiMi will keep track of the time and attendance. Impactemps Services Inc. will act as the Employer of Record and will deduct and remit statutory deductions for PayrollMi Professionals. Learn more about Managed Accounts here.

  • Only pay once a Pro completes a shift! Pricing depends on the industry and urgency of the hires. Our use of technology allows us to have some of the lowest rates in the industry. For a personalized quote you can speak to an account representative.

General

  • Professionals (pros) are the job seekers.

  • Organizations (orgs) are the ones hiring – whether they represent an individual, a company, or a franchise. An organization as a company or franchise may encompass one or several fields within it, and typically identifies as being a part of an industry.

  • No worries, we got you covered. You can register as a pro and an org in the same app. All you need to do is create another profile by clicking the group of people button on the top right.

  • You can hire for gigs, contracts, and permanent jobs with AmbiMi. We offer services for administration, accounting, customer service, hospitality, manufacturing, warehousing, restoration, construction, landscaping, and janitorial.

  • A job that is between 2 hours and 2 working days.

  • A job that is longer than 2 working days and within a 31-day period.

  • Just as it sounds, a perfect fit! A perfect match is a pro that matches all the requirements in a job posting.

  • Not everything in life is perfect, and sometimes a partial match is just as good. A partial match is a pro that matches some but not all the requirements in a job posting.

  • A pro gets a verified skill when they dedicate eight hours to performing the skill through jobs in AmbiMi. Verified skills lead to perfect matches.

  • A pro chooses an unverified skill if they used it outside of AmbiMi or want to develop that skill. Unverified skills lead to partial matches.

  • These are how we track your hours. They are used to identify when pros are on-site, so you don't need to worry about clocking in or clocking out.

  • It will turn green when the pro is on-site or red when they are off-site. If it's yellow, the pros are not sharing their location, or their location was lost. So, make sure location sharing is always on.

  • Want to reward a pro for a great job? Individuals hiring have the option to tip after the job.

  • Giving bonuses have never been easier. Businesses or franchises have the option to give a bonus to pros after the job.

Registering

  • All you need is a phone, a credit card, an address, and an email.

  • Yes, you can add as many people as you like. Go to MiOrg > Users > Invite, and you can send an invite code to anyone to join your org.

Job Postings

  • Go to MiJobs > Manage > Hire a Professional, fill out all the information, and add additional instructions.

  • Not a problem. When posting a job, you can select different shift times for each day needed.

  • When posting a job, click on split shift and enter both start times.

  • Add anything that the pro needs to know. You can add instructions, PPE requirements, safety information, or other relevant information.

  • No worries, you can add a different supervisor to a posting as long as they are added to your org.

  • The urgency that the shift needs to be filled.

    Green – the job is filled.

    Yellow – the job is unfilled with over one week until the first shift.

    Orange – the job is unfilled with less than one week until the first shift.

    Red – the job is unfilled with less than 30 minutes until the first shift.

  • We made it easy. Go to the job posting in MiJobs, click copy, adjust the start date, and post.

  • You can hire whenever you want, whether it's a morning, afternoon, or graveyard shift.

  • Things change, we get it. Go to MiDash > MiRoster > Edit, and you can adjust the shift times. Remember, you can only do this on the same day as the shift.

Ratings

  • Pros will appear in MiDash under Professionals to be rated 30 minutes after the last shift.

  • Yes, pros will be able to rate you after their last shift. They will rate you on respectfulness, safety, and communication, and you will automatically get a reliability rating for every job.

  • Take some time and see how they do. You can rate them 30 minutes after the last shift is complete.

  • It is important to keep your ratings high. Pros will be able to see your ratings before accepting a job.

  • Try not to cancel when possible. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the shift, you will automatically get a reliability rating of 3. If you cancel less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours before the shift, you will automatically get a reliability rating of 2. If you cancel less than 12 hours before the shift, you will automatically get a reliability rating of 1.

  • Your reliability rating is nil. AKA, nothing happens to your ratings.

Cancellations

  • We know cancellations are frustrating, so you can be assured it will show up on the pro's ratings. You will be matched to a new perfect match, or you can select a partial match.

  • We try our best that this won't happen, but you will not be charged if it does. Additionally, the pro will automatically get a negative rating that will show on their profile.

  • Try your best not to cancel your shift because it will affect your ratings. If you need to cancel, just go to the job posting in MiRoster and click cancel at the bottom.

Modifying Jobs

  • Just adjust the end time for the shift in MiRoster.

  • No worries, all you need to do is adjust the end date in MiRoster.

  • It's important to give accurate shift times. You need to pay pros a minimum of 2 hours but will otherwise only pay for their completed hours.

  • We’re sorry to hear. You can cancel the shift in MiRoster and contact our customer service team to get a refund if deemed unfit. An unfit worker includes a pro who arrives with insufficient PPE, is improperly dressed, or is intoxicated.

  • You will only pay for the hours completed. If they leave the shift early, you only pay for the amount they worked.

  • You are only charged for the hours completed. It will automatically give the pro a reliability rating of 4, and nothing will happen to your ratings.

  • You are only charged for the hours completed. It will automatically give the pro a reliability rating of 2, and nothing will happen to your ratings.

  • You will only need to pay for the working hours that a pro is at the location. If they complete the shift, the pro will automatically get the pro a reliability rating of 4. Nothing affects the org.

  • We're sorry to hear. You can end the assignment in MiRoster and repost the job to get new matches as soon as possible.

Individuals

  • An org is anyone looking to hire a pro.

  • Then you can create a MiAlias. You don't have to use your name if you don't want to.
